Jewellery purchases

Items are sent 2nd Class in the UK. Your purchase will be parcelled in (re-used) bubble wrap and pretty tissue paper, and sent in a post-it box. NB: I do not provide a gift box.

Returns

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify me if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements.
